Now Selling! The Meadows in Hickory Hill

Updated: Jun 17, 2021

We’ve officially broke ground in Hickory Hill’s newest section, The Meadows! This section marks number four in one of Hanover’s most sought after communities. What makes Hickory Hill so unique is it’s ability to blend a modern neighborhood feel with the quiet peacefulness homeowners love. In Hickory Hill you’ll build your dream home on a large lot, typically around an acre, that’s encompassed with trees to create a sense privacy. However, this doesn’t mean you’ll never know your neighbor. Throughout the entire community is over 10 miles of walking trails. Trails that are filled with children on bicycles, dog-walkers taking an afternoon stroll, and joggers pushing through their run. Don’t take it from us, here’s what homeowner Kim Snellings had to say about it,

We can just let the kids go and be kids and go through all the trails and hangout with a whole lot of other friends in the neighborhood

For the Harris family, however, their favorite part of the community is its convenient location to everything.

“I think this neighborhood gives you a great quality of life and it’s a great peace of mind out here, but you’re still close enough to everything in the city to enjoy anything that you might want to do.” (Glenn Harris)

Hickory Hill is halfway between charming Ashland and historic Hanover Courthouse, but if you need to get somewhere a little further, you’re a mere three minutes from Interstate 95.

Between the large home sites, community feel, and convenient location, Hickory Hill is home to any family. That’s why we’ve been counting down the days for The Meadows to be available! However, it’s important to note that Hickory Hill is not a community that’ll feel like a never-ending project. There will be a max of nine sections in this community, with 277 homes, leaving a 700-hundred-acre preservation lot and plenty of open space. When you build in Hickory Hill, you’re building in a growing community, but one that recognizes the beauty and peacefulness of protected space.
